PNZ Conference website

The PNZ Conference site enabled us to exploit “Formidable Forms” and deliver a true “Business Automation” tool.

One workflow looked after ticket booking and sales. This was achieved through integration with Stripe payment gateway for credit cards and supported by emails to inform the delegate and organisers of each sale.

A separate workflow managed the Conference Speakers. Each Speaker was registered with an account which then supported the Speaker through the process. The workflow provided each Speaker with a space to draft and share a biography, and to record an abstract for each presentation. The system even reminded Speakers if they hadn’t completed their preparation!
